01. This contempt petition is closed with a direction unto the respondent- Regional Passport Officer Srinagar to do the needful compliance by approaching the concerned SSP CID to fetch whatsoever inputs are required with respect to 10 Regular
doing the needful in compliance to the writ court direction.
02. SSP CID, Srinagar in the event of being approached by the respondent- Regional Passport Officer, Srinagar shall do the needful as early as possible and preferably not later than (15) days from the date of receipt of communication from the respondent-Regional Passport Officer, Srinagar.
03. Thereupon, the respondent- Regional Passport Officer shall give final consideration and decision within the next (15) days whether to carry out the necessary corrections with respect to the passport of the petitioner or not.
04. The disposal of this contempt petition is with a right reserved in favour of the petitioner to seek
revival in case the needful is not done at the end of the respondent- Regional Passport Officer, Srinagar.
