The neat contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has moved an application for grant of approval for running a pharmacy course, on which a decision is to be taken by respondent No.3. However, despite sufficient time having elapsed, no decision has been taken. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objections, if directions are issued for considering the application of the petitioner, in accordance with law. 4. Considering the said arguments, the present petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to pass orders on the application for grant of approval as moved by the petitioner in terms of the mandate and the regulation of Pharmacy Act, 1948 with all expedition, preferably within a period of two weeks from today, in accordance with law.
