Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging an order dated 29.11.2024, whereby stamp duty deficiency was assessed against the petitioner. 3. The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner wants to pay the amount as has been adjudicated. However, he requires some time. 4. In view thereof, it is provided that the order dated 29.11.2024 shall not be executed for a period of three months from today, within which, the petitioner will deposit the amount. 5. In case, the said amount is not deposited within a period of three months from today, the said order shall be executed in accordance with law. 6. The petition stands disposed of.
