Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking direction to authority concerned to release travel allowance amounting to Rs.1,22,516/- along with interest. 3. Learned State Counsel has been provided written instruction dated 10.07.2025, which is taken on record, and as per which certain documents were missing in the application submitted by petitioner and as the said bills are under processing, it will be paid upon completion of relevant formalities. 4. In view thereof, concerned authority is directed to consider and decide petitioner's grievance within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced. 5.
