The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) a direction to the Civil Judge, (J/D) Room No. 36, Sultanpur, to consider and decide the application under order 1 Rule 10 of C.P.C pending in the Court of Civil Judge South (Junior Division), Room No. 36 Sultanpur and thereafter also decide the Original Suit No. 361 of 2017 for permanent injunction (Ram Laut and another Versus Aaftab and others) pending in the Court of Civil Judge South (Junior Division), Room No. 36 Sultanpur which is pending since 2017 by the stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
