Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to the order impugned in this petition, the police has registered FIR. He submits that the petitioner intends to challenge the said FIR as well.
On this ground, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh one for challenging the FIR as well as the order which is impugned in the present petition.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with leave and liberty as prayed for.
