Through the medium of the present petition, the petitioner has challenged Order dated 19th of September 2023, passed by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Baramulla, whereby the petitioner’s application for enlargement on bail in default has been declined. 02. I have gone through the impugned order passed by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Baramulla. The said order has been passed in consonance with the ratio laid down by this Court in a judgment titled “Ansar-ul- Haq Raina Vs. UT of J&K” passed in Crl A (D) No. 3/2020 decided on 9th of September, 2020. 03. In view of the above, there is no ground to interfere with the impugned order.
