Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:40481 Court No. - 12 Case :- CRIMINAL REVISION DEFECTIVE No. - 338 of 2025 Revisionist :- Shalu Tiwari Opposite Party :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Deptt. Lko. And Another Counsel for Revisionist :- Adarsh Kumar Maurya Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Rajnish Kumar,J. C.M.Application No.1 of 2024 Heard, Shri Adarsh Kumar Maurya, learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the revision. The office has reported a delay of 33 days in filing the revision. There is no objection by the other side. In view of the grounds shown in the affidavit filed in support of the application for condonation of delay, the same is sufficient to condone the aforesaid delay. The application is allowed. The delay in filing the revision is condoned. In Re; Revision The sole argument advanced by learned counsel for the revisionist is that the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. has been dismissed by the Family Court on the ground that the revisionist is working, whereas she had to leave the job on account of death of her father and now she is not doing anything, whereas the revisionist has admitted in her evidence that earlier she was working in Sarvesh Electronics and earning Rs.3600/- per month and subsequently in a Hospital and getting Rs.3500/-per month. On a query as to when the father of the revisionist has died and when she left the job learned counsel for the revisionist failed to disclose the same. In view of above the grounds taken by learned counsel for the revisionist are misconceived and not tenable. The revision is liable to be dismissed. It is, accordingly, dismissed. ........................................... (Rajnish Kumar,J.)
