Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner could no deposit the amount within the deadline fixed i.e. 15.11.2025 on account of some personal difficulty, therefore he has made representation seeking permission to deposit the amount. He submits that notice was published on 14.11.2025 and 15.11.2025 was fixed as deadline for depositing the dues. (3) Mr. B.D. Pande, learned Counsel appearing for Nagar Palika Parishad, submits that out of 12 licensees, 7 have deposited their dues well within time, while petitioner is offering lame excuse for not doing the needful within the time, indicated in the notice. (4) Be that as it may, since petitioner’s representation is reportedly pending before the Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Ramnagar, therefore, writ petition is disposed of with a direction the Executive Officer to take decision on petitioner’s representation sympathetically, within 10 days from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
