Direct to the opposite party No. 1 i.e. Civil Judge (Junior Division) to decide the restoration application bearing Case No.332 of 2023 (Surendra Kumar Bajpai and another Versus Sushil Kumar Shukla and another) filed by the petitioners in Regular Suit No. 267 of 2015 (Sushil Kumar Shukla and another Versus Surendra Kumar Bajpai and another) pending before him since 24.07.2023, within the stipulated time as this Hon'ble Court deem just and proper." 3. Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed off directing the concerned court to consider and decide the abovesaid restoration application in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
