GP FOR SERVICES I 2 HCGR, J W.P.No.9888 of 2025 The Court made the following order: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief/s:- “…to issue the writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents No.5 and 6, who has not allowing the petitioner to attend for his duty as Field Assistant at Utukuru Gram Panchayat of Vinjamuru Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, without following due procedure of law as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural Justice and violation of Article 14, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and Consequently directing the Respondent Authorities to allow the petitioner for works as Field Assistant for Utukuru Gram Panchayat of Vinjamuru Mandal, SPSR Nellore District and to pass such other order or orders…” 2. Heard Sri V.Roopesh Kumar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I for respondent No.1, Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4 and 6 and Smt B.V.Aparna Lakshmi, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.5. 3. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that respondent Nos.5 and 6 are not allowing the petitioner to attend for his duty as Field Assistant at Utukuru Gram Panchayat, Vinjamuru Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, without thereby being any reason. 4. Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4 and 6, on oral instructions submits that 3 HCGR, J W.P.No.9888 of 2025 petitioner has been absenting to duties and that the allegation of respondent Nos.5 and 6 preventing the petitioner from attending duties is unfounded and the respondents have never obstructed the petitioner to discharge duties. 5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondent Nos.5 and 6 not to interfere with the petitioner’s discharging duties, as Field Assistant at Utukuru Gram Panchayat, Vinjamuru Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, without following due process of law.
