Heard Sri Sunil Kumar Singh, the learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Hans Raj Verma, the learned A.G.A. and perused the record. 2. By means of the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. the applicant has sought quashing of an order dated 10.06.2025 passed by the Court of Sessions Judge, Lucknow whereby Criminal Revision No.303 of 2025 filed by the applicant has been dismissed for non-presence of the learned counsel for the revisionist. 3. Learned AGA has raised a preliminary objection that the applicant has a remedy of filing an application for recall of the order dated 10.06.2025 before the Session Judge, Lucknow. He has further submitted that dismissal of the revision as default does not bar filing of second criminal revision and, therefore, the order dated 10.06.2025 would not cause any failure of justice to the applicant. 4. The learned counsel for the applicant could not dispute the aforesaid submissions of the learned AGA. 5. Accordingly, the instant application is disposed of leaving it open to file the application for recall of the order dated 10.06.2025 before the Session Judge, Lucknow, which will be decided on its merits. .
