Ahmed, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Also heard Ms. N. Das, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and Mr. S.K. Saha, learned counsel appearing for the informant. Ms. N. Das submits before this Court that the charge sheet in respect of the present case is laid vide charge sheet no. 201/25 dated 27.07.2025. As such, the counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition on the ground that he would move appropriate application before the appropriate Court of law. Prayer is allowed. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The interim order passed on 25.07.2025 may be extended for a period of 10 days from today for the opportunity that he may file the appropriate application during the said time.
