Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the opposite party no.3 to conduct a fair and proper investigation in pursuance of first information report lodged in Case Crime No.0239 of 2025, under Section 87 of BNS, 2023, Police Station Lambhua, District Sultanpur so that the petitioner could get justice contained as anneuxre 1 to the writ petition in the interest of justice." 3. Learned AGA on the basis of instructions dated 08.07.2025 sent by Sub-Inspector/I.O., Police Station Lambhua, District Sultanpur, wherein it has been stated that investigation has been completed and final report has been prepared on 05.07.2025. 4. This writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file protest petition before the Magistrate concerned, if he has any grievance left.
