Present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following reliefs: "(i) A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties mainly opposite party no.2 and 3 to considered the case of the petitioner and take appropriate step which is required under law. (ii) A writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus compounding and directing the opposite parties mainly opposite party no.2 and 3 to take decision on compensation on forgery in admission of the petitioner and compensate the petitioner and also refund the Fee deposited by the petitioner in the interest of Justice." 3. Considering the fact that there are allegations of forgery, no relief as prayed can be granted by this Court. 4. Present petition lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
