To issue writ or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding the opposite parties to provide the physical possession over the 6 developed land of the total acquired land of the petitioners which is measuring area about 1175.1 sq meter, 1175.1 sq meter and 1824.36 sq meter each respectively as per the Government Order dated 31.07.2024." Learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 to 4 says that matter is under process and survey plan as per the policy has been prepared on 26.03.2025, which has been forwarded to the Planning Department on 22.04.2025. Very soon a decision will be taken in this regard. We dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondent nos. 2 to 4, whosoever, may be competent to take a decision in the matter positively within three months and communicate it to the petitioner. If based on the decision taken, the petitioner is entitled to any of the benefits as claimed or otherwise, the same would be extended at the earliest say within one month, thereafter. If the petitioner is not entitled for the benefits claimed, then, reasons shall be communicated to the petitioner in writing.
