Respondent(s) Through: Coram: Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sanjay Dhar, Judge ORDER 07.11.2025 Through the medium of present petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction upon the learned Trial Court i.e. court of Additional Sessions Judge, Kupwara to decide and dispose of the challan arising out of FIR No. 70/2022 of Police Station Kupwara with a reasonable dispatch. A perusal of the Trial Court record would show that the challan has been produced before the said court on 28-12-2023 and the charges have been framed in the case against the accused on 27-06-2024. The minutes of the proceedings of the Trial court further reveals that the trial of the case is progressing well, therefore, there is hardly any need to pass any direction upon the learned Trial court. However, because the petitioner is an undertrial, it is expected that the Trial court shall take all necessary steps to expedite the trial of the case. The instant petition is disposed of.
