Likewise, in paragraph no. 3, the reference to the Commissioner should be read and understood as a reference to Collector, Lucknow. The order is clarified/corrected to the above extent, suo moto. A copy of this order be also kept on the record of the said writ petition. Writ petition stands disposed of. We have not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner, which shall be seen by the Collector, after hearing the concerned including the opposite parties.
