Sri Ravi Prakash Yadav, learned counsel for respondents No.2 to 4, states that the impugned order dated 19.05.2025, a copy of which is Annexure-1 to the petition, has been passed on the basis of an earlier order dated 20.07.2023, which had been issued by the Finance & Accounts Officer, Basic, Ayodhya, wherein the pay of petitioner, along with several others, was found to have been fixed erroneously, and the higher pay was directed to be recovered. Accordingly, the order dated 19.05.2025 is in consequence of the earlier order. 2. A copy of order dated 20.07.2023 has also been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner in Court today. 3. Sri Mohammad Ehtesham Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that he would like to challenge the order dated 20.07.2023 and thus prays that the instant petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the said order. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
