The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "(i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 2 to comply with this Hon'ble Court's order dt. 08.02.2019 Passed in PIL Civil No. 3581 of 2019 and to consider and decide the Reminder Representation dt. 22.02.2023 read with Application u/s-133 Cr.P.C. within stipulated period in the interest of Justice. (ii). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 2 to demolish the illegal construction of 3/4 portion of the Toilet with Tank at mid of 4 metre breadth of public road on Damar Road to Sundar Lal Ram Janki Mandir Marg within stipulated period in the interest of Justice." 3. Standing Counsel based upon the instructions, which is taken on record, states that a case has already been instituted under section 152 of BNSS. 4. Considering the said submissions, the present petition is disposed off with direction to conclude the hearing of the suit with all expedition preferably within a period of four months.
