CMP No.32948/2025 The instant application under Section 151 of CPC has been filed by the applicants/respondents No.1 to 7, namely, Narender Singh, Kanta Devi, Gopal Thakur, Nikhil Thakur, Radha Devi, Prem Singh, Nisha Devi, Meera Devi and Tarawati, for release of award amount alongwith up-to-date interest in their favour, as per their shares, as lying deposited in the Registry of this Court. The application is duly supported with the affidavits of the applicants. Learned Additional Advocate General, stated that he doesn’t intend to file any reply to the application. He further stated that since the main appeal stands finally decided on 09.09.2025 by this Court and an SLP filed against the aforesaid judgment stands dismissed, the same has attained finality, he has no objection in case the prayer made in the application is allowed, Heard. Having perused the averments made in the application, which are duly supported with the affidavits of the applicants coupled with the fact that the judgment passed by this Court has attained finality, this Court finds it in the interest of justice to release the award amount alongwith up-to-date interest as lying deposited in the Registry of this Court in favour of the applicants, namely, Narender Singh, Kanta Devi, Gopal Thakur, Nikhil Thakur, Radha Devi, Prem Singh, Nisha Devi, Meera Devi and Tarawati, after proper verification and identification, by remitting the same to their saving bank accounts, as per their shares, details whereof have been mentioned in Para-4 of the application.
