By means of this petition, petitioner has sought quashing the F.I.R. dated 12.05.2025 bearing FIR No.0096 of 2025 for the offence under Section 306 BNS registered at Police Station Talkatora, District Lucknow and a further prayer to stay the arrest of the petitioner. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings before appropriate Court, in accordance with law. 4.
