Heard Shri Ajay Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicants, Shri Moti Lal, learned AGA for the State and Shri Vishnu Kumar, Advocate holding brief of Shri Sandeep Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for opposite party No. 2. 2. This Court while entertaining the application, proceeded to pass the following orders on 03.08.2021: "Heard Sri Ajay Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the charge-sheet no.223/2020 dated 20.7.2020 and cognizance order dated 19.9.2020 as well as entire criminal proceeding of S.S.T. No.464 of 2020, arising out of Case Crime No.258 of 2020, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 406 I.P.C. and Section 3(2)(va) S.C./S.T. Act, P.S. Didoli, District Amroha. It has been stated that the parties have amicably settled their disputes and have entered into the compromise. The compromise deed has been annexed as Annexure 3 to this application. The applicants shall file an application along with the compromise deed before the concerned Court below within 15 days for verification of the compromise. On receiving the said application the Court below shall take steps for verification of the compromise, within 15 days from date of receiving application and compromise, and shall prepare a report. The parties on filing a suitable application shall also be given a certified copy of the report. List in the week commencing 13.9.2021 before appropriate Court, on which date, the applicants shall file the report of the concerned Court regarding the verification of the compromise. Till the next date of listing, no coercive action shall be taken against applicants in S.S.T. No.464 of 2020, arising out of Case Crime No.258 of 2020, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 406 I.P.C. and Section 3(2)(va) S.C./S.T. Act, P.S. Didoli, District Amroha. This case shall not be treated as tied up/part heard to this Bench. " 3. A supplementary affidavit dated 06.02.2023 shows that the compromise has been entered into between the parties and the same has also been verified on 25.08.2021. 4. Learned AGA as well as counsel for opposite party No.2 submit that there is nothing more to proceed with. 5. The application stands allowed. 6. In view of the above, entire proceedings of proceeding of entire criminal proceeding of S.S.T. No.464 of 2020, arising out of Case Crime No.258 of 2020, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 406 I.P.C. and Section 3(2)(va) S.C./S.T. Act, P.S. Didoli, District Amroha are hereby quashed. 7.
