Having regard to the innocuous nature of prayer made in this petition, the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.1 to decide the interim relief application dated 16.6.2025, expeditiously, say within a period of three weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order in accordance with law. 4. It is also provided that in case notice has not been served on the private respondents, it shall be open for the authority concerned to consider grant of ad interim injunction in favour of the petitioner in case he makes out a case for the same.
