The present application has been filed seeking transfer of proceedings pending before Civil Judge (J.D.), Faizabad being Case No.1146 of 2024 (Pratima Priyadarshini Vs. Sudhir Kumar @ Sanjay and others). 3. The contention of the applicant, who is the husband, is that the counsel for the opposite party had beaten up the applicant, as such, he apprehends fear to his life. 4. The said in itself would not be a ground for allowing the transfer application. The applicant would be at liberty to engage the attention of the trial court concerned, in case, any violence is committed. The applicant would also be at liberty to take steps against the counsel concerned by moving an appropriate application before the Bar Council. 5. No good ground for interference is made out. 6.
