According to petitioner, since selection is year-wise, based on year of passing Diploma Course and petitioner became overage since no selection was held in 2023, therefore, she is entitled to relaxation in upper age as per Rules. 5. The upper age limit is 42 years as on 01.07.2025, while petitioner completed 45 years, 3 months & 22 days, as on 01.07.2025. 6. Learned counsel appearing for the Selecting Body submits that only State Government is competent to grant age relaxation, as per Service Rules. 7. Having regard to the circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make representation to the Competent Authority in the State Government (respondent no. 1) for age relaxation. If 2025:UHC:10388 she makes representation within one week from today, decision thereupon shall be taken, as per law, within six weeks thereafter. During the interregnum, it shall be open to petitioner to submit application, pursuant to advertisement dated 14.11.2025, which shall abide by decision taken on her representation.
