This is the second time that the claim of the petitioner has been rejected for grant of compensation under the 'Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojna'. Recital in the impugned order is that the deceased was not a member of the family deriving his income from agricultural land, which is a prerequisite. Although the counsel for the petitioner says that this is the first rejection, however, learned Standing Counsel disputes this fact, but without going into the dispute and having gone through the averments made in the writ petition, we do not find any such recital about the family having any agricultural holding or the petitioner having any such holding, wherein the deceased may have been working, we therefore see no reason to interfere in the matter in the absence of requisite pleadings.
