Short Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of opposite parties no. 2 to 5, inter alia, stating that the the amount claimed by the petitioner as due to it, is in fact due and admitted for payment. However, a letter has been sent for grant of money / budget in this regard to the State Government on 14.02.2025, but till date no response has been received. The letter is of recent date. We dispose of this petition with a direction to the opposite party no. 1 to look into the letter annexed with the short counter affidavit, copy of which has been provided to Shri Rajesh Tiwari, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel and do the needful. Let this exercise be completed within a period of six weeks. Shri Rajesh Tiwari, learned Additional C.S.C. shall communicate this order to the opposite party no. 1 for compliance.
