1. On 08.8.2025, learned counsel for appellants had submitted that despite repeated communications made, appellants are not responding, therefore, he is not willing to represent the appellants. In such condition, SPC was directed to be issued for appearance of appellants. 2. SPC issued to the appellants has been reported to have been refused to be accepted by them. 3. Today, despite repeated calls, neither appellants present nor represented by any counsel, as also, SPC has also been refused to be taken by them, in these circumstances, this court has no other option except to dismiss the second appeal for want of prosecution. 4. Accordingly, the instant second appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
