The relief as such sought for would not fall under the purview of the judicial review. These decisions are to be taken based on the field situation and after making assessments. However, the authorities have already declined the request made by the petitioner. Since the request has already been rejected, question of reconsidering the application by the petitioner would not arise at all. 3.Thus, the writ petition stands dismissed.
