The petitioner's claim under Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojna has been rejected on the ground that there was no agricultural holding recorded in the name of the deceased's father or mother. He was an unmarried person, aged about 27 years, however, the petitioner's counsel says that the petitioner's father had agricultural holding recorded in his name and in this regard he relies upon Annexure No.-2 to the Writ Petition. Let the petitioner move a representation alongwith supporting proof in this regard before the Committee headed by the District Magistrate, who shall get the facts verified and thereafter if it is found that the assertion of the petitioner is correct, then the claim of the petitioner would be re-considered, ignoring the impugned order. However, if it is found that the claim is not correct, then the matter shall rest as it is, however, a reasoned decision shall be communicated to the petitioner. The impugned decision shall abide by the fresh decision to be taken as aforesaid. With the above observations/directions, this writ petition is Disposed of. (Om Prakash Shukla, J.) (Rajan Roy, J.)
