Heard Sri P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Ms. K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State is in attendance. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that, the case against the petitioners is discharged in the Trail Court, as such, the relief has become infructous and petition may be disposed of. 4. In that view, the Criminal Petition is dismissed, since relief has become infructuous.
