However, learned Advocate General in this matter is seeking for pressing into service for consideration of the reasons stated in this miscellaneous case proceeding in relation to the aforesaid PIL proceeding. Learned counsel for respondents No. 1 & 2, Mr. Rendy Maibam is on record, however, the said counsel is represented by learned counsel, Ms. Rinika Maibam. Therefore, keeping in view the submission made by the learned Advocate General in this matter and more so, keeping in view all the contentious contentions as being taken for seeking extension of time are concerned, it is said that there are substances in the contention made by the learned Advocate General in this matter. Therefore, it is deemed appropriate for extending the time limit for completion of work upto 31.03.2026, as liberty was granted to file such application in the order rendered by the coordinate bench in the aforesaid PIL.
