And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Purnima Mayank Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Manish Mathur,J. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. Petition has been filed challenging order dated 15th June, 2025 whereby petitioner has been transferred from district Ayodhya to district Gonda on administrative grounds. It has been submitted that petitioner's transfer is against provisions of paragraph 5 (iii) of the government order dated 6th May, 2025 since petitioner's six years old son is having medical issue and is under medical treatment for same in Ayodhya and also requires surgery. With regard to such grievance, petitioner has already submitted a representation to the authorities concerned but seeks liberty to file a fresh representation.
