Neither the learned counsel for the applicant is present nor any request has been made on his behalf for adjournment of this case. The writ court by judgement and order dated 29.04.2025 in Writ-A No.4636 of 2025 has directed the Respondent No.3 to take decision on the representation of the applicant. The relevant portion of the order is quoted hereinbelow: "Considering the above and without entering into merit of the case, the petition is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh representation to respondent no.3 i.e. Director National Health Mission, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow within two weeks' from today. If the petitioner submits a fresh representation, the respondent no.3 shall decide the same within four weeks' thereafter, by passing a speaking and reasoned order." Sri Puneet Chandra, learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that he has already filed the compliance affidavit wherein it has been stated that in compliance of judgement and order passed by the writ court the representation of the applicant/ petitioner has already been decided by order dated 4.8.2025, to which no objection has yet been filed by the applicant, hence, the present contempt application has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as such.
