On an objection raised by learned AGA that this petition is not maintainable because the petitioner has already availed the remedy of revision against the impugned order dated 12.04.2024 passed in Complaint Case No.5280/2023(Sanjay Yadav versus Shivshankar Verma), a copy of which has been placed on record as Annexure No.7 and as reiterated in paragraph 12, which could not be disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. However, he submits that since non-bailable warrant has been issued, therefore, he is constrained to approach this Court but this cannot be a ground for filing this petition during pendency of the criminal revision.
