Sri Puneet Chandra, learned counsel for the respondent has raised a preliminary objection regarding the maintainability of the present contempt application on the ground that there is a direction for respondent no. 4 to decide the representation of the applicant within a period of eight weeks. The respondent no. 4 in the writ petition (Writ A No. 2925 of 2025) was 'Director General, Health, Swastha Bhawan, U.P., Lucknow' whereas the contempt application has been preferred against the 'Director, National Health Mission, U.P., Lucknow'. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that due to typographical error, the mistake has been committed and prays for withdrawal of the present contempt application as dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file afresh. In view of above, the present contempt application is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
