Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers :- "(i). To direct the opposite party no. 2 (Commissioner Devi Patan Mandal, Gonda) to decide the interim relief application pending in Appeal No. 1069/2025, under Section 13(3) of The Uttar Pradesh Essential Commodities (Regulation of Sale & Distribution Control) Order, 2016 (Radharaman Tiwari Versus State of U.P., on next date fixed 07.07.2025 expeditiously within stipulated time as provided by this Hon'ble Court. (ii) To direct the opposite party no. 2 to decide the pending appeal case no. 1069/2025 (Annexure No. 5) under Section 13(3) of The Uttar Pradesh Essential Commodities (Regulation of Sale & Distribution Control) Order, 2016 (Radharaman Tiwari Versus State of U.P., on next date fixed 07.07.2025 expeditiously within stipulated time as provided by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the fact that the appeal is pending and the interim application is filed, the present petition is disposed of with direction to decide the interim application within a period of three weeks and endeavour to decide the appeal itself within a period of four months.
