The present petition has been filed stating that three cases inter-say in between the same parties are pending in the same Court and should be consolidated. 3. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner file an appropriate application under Order 4A of the CPC as applicable in the State of Uttar Pradesh. In case, such an application is filed, orders shall be passed thereupon within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
