Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondent, Sri Vikram Dutt Pandey, Advocate holding brief of Sri Pankaj Gupta, learned counsel for the respondent no. 6 and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction for conducting an open meeting for selection of the fair price shop dealer. 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon instructions states that open meeting has already been conducted and the matter are lying before the Tehsil Level Committee for approval of the decision taken in the said meeting. 4. The counsel for the petitioner argues that there were irregularities in conducting the meeting. 5. Considering the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to raise all the grievances before the Tehsil Level Committee, which is to consider the approval. In case, any objection is filed, the same shall also be considered by the Tehsil Level Committee in accordance with law.
