Appeal against an ex-parte interim order has been filed challenging the order on various grounds including that the writ [2025:RJ-JP:15844-DB] (2 of 2) [SAW-307/2025] petition itself was not maintainable and the interim order could not have at all been passed. 2. Without commenting upon the merits of the case, we are of the view that this appeal should be disposed off at this stage giving liberty to the appellant to file an application for vacating stay order. 3. Appeal is, accordingly, disposed off. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the appellant submits that application for vacating stay order may be directed to be decided expeditiously. 5. The appellant, after filing application for vacating stay order, may make a prayer before the learned Single Judge for early listing and disposal of the application for vacating stay order.
