I have gone through the record and find that no interference is required in the order impugned. 3. The writ petition stands dismissed. 4. However, the Court below is directed to decide the Civil Appeal No.102 of 2007, in case it has not been decided till date, strictly in accordance with law within a period of six months from today. 5.
