Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri P.K. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for respondents no.1 and 2, and Sri Abhinav Singh, learned counsel for respondents no.3 to 5. 3. With the consent of learned counsels for the parties the writ petition is being decided finally. 4. Though under challenge are the orders dated 25.01.2025 and 25.02.2025, copies of which are Anneures 1 and 2 to the petition, by which salary of the petitioner has been reduced yet learned counsel for the petitioner states that subsequent to orders impugned being issued, the respondents had issued a show cause notice to which reply has also been submitted by the petitioner. The contention is that though the said reply has still not been considered yet the respondents have started making deductions from the salary of the petitioner. Thus, he prays that a direction be issued to the respondents to decide the reply of the petitioner as has been submitted to the show cause notice and till then no recovery be made from the salary of the petitioner. 5. To the aforesaid prayer, learned counsels for the respondents have no objection. 6. Accordingly considering that the petitioner has already submitted reply dated 22.06.2025, a copy of which is Annexure- 14 to the petition, to the show cause notice dated 15.06.2025 and subsequent reply dated 07.07.2025, a copy of which is Annexure SA-2 to the supplementary affidavit filed today in Court, to the show cause notice dated 25.06.2025, a copy of which is Annexure SA-1 to the supplementary affidavit, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.4 to decide the said replies as submitted by the petitioner to the said show cause notices within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 7.
