Petition has been filed challenging order dated 15.06.2025 whereby petitioner working on the post of Accountant has been transferred from District Gonda to District Bahraich. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that impugned order has been passed in violation of paragraph no. 5 of the Government Order dated 06.05.2025, inasmuch as, opposite parties have not considered the aspect that petitioner's wife is also a government employee and is currently posted in District Gonda and therefore, in terms of couple posting, the petitioner was required to be retained in District Gonda. 4. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspect, liberty is granted to file fresh representation before respondent no. 2 i.e., Director, Internal Accounts & Audit, U.P., 510/217, New Hyderabad, Lucknow, who shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously within a period of three weeks from the date a certified copy of the order is served upon him. 5. With the aforesaid observations/directions, petition stands disposed of.
