The petitioner has moved before this Court for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail from apprehending his arrest in connection with Daltonganj Town P.S. Case No. 130/2025 instituted under Sections 103 & 104 of the Trade Mark Act and Sections 63 & 65 of Copyright Act. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case as alleged in the F.I.R. He also submits that the petitioner is a bona fide purchaser of seized article and he is local business man. Learned counsel lastly submits that the allegation is that 1400 pcs. of duplicate Fevikwik of Pidilite Company was recovered from the shop of the petitioner and the petitioner apprehends that he will be arrested in connection with the aforesaid case. It has been stated that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph No.20 of the anticipatory bail application. 4. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail. 5. Having regard to the facts of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Palamau in connection with Daltonganj Town P.S. Case No. 130/2025 with the condition that he will co-operate with the investigation of the case and appear before the investigating officer as and when noticed by him and furnish his mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhaar Card with an undertaking that he will not change his mobile number during the pendency of the case and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. It is made clear that if the petitioner does not cooperate with the investigation/trial, the State would be at liberty to take appropriate action. (Deepak Roshan, J.) Sandeep-Rahul/-
