Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for the opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority for consideration of petitioner's representation for regularization of service on minimum pay scale in terms of Government Order dated 31.12.2016 since the petitioner is continuously working as daily wage in the department at Class- IV post and is therefore, entitled for regularization in terms of U.P. Horticulture Employees Services Rules, 1980 for Group D post. 3. For the said grievance, the petitioner has already moved a representation dated 10.20.2025. At present, learned counsel for petitioner restricts his prayer for a final decision with regard to the same. 4. Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for petitioner and without entering into merits of the case, opposite party no. 2 i.e., Director, Udyan Evam Khadya Prasanskaran, U.P. Udyan Bhawan, Sapru Marg, Lucknow is directed to consider and decide representation of the petitioner dated 10.02.2025 within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon the said athority. 5. The petitioner shall annex copy of the representation dated 10.02.2025 along with certified copy of this order. 6. With the aforesaid observations/directions, petition stands disposed of.
