The instant review petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking review of the order dated 14th November, 2025 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 2829/2025 preferred by the respondent Nos. 5 and 6. 02. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material on record. 03. Upon consideration of the averments pleaded in the in the review petition, this Court finds that no error apparent on the face of the record has been pointed out which would warrant exercise of the review jurisdiction, as this Court while passing the order supra, has not expressed any opinion with regard to the validity of the marriage of the respondent Nos. 5 and 6. 04. It is well settled that the scope of review is very limited. None of the grounds raised in the instant petition fall within the parameters of review as envisaged under law. 05. In view of the above, the instant review petition being devoid of any merit is accordingly dismissed. However, dismissal of the review petition shall not preclude the petitioner from availing appropriate remedy as may be available to him under law.
