Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) In terms of the last order, the petitioners are present in the Court and the respondents, i.e. Mr. Ashok Kumar and Mr.Sujan Singh are also present. Learned Counsel representing Mr. Ashok Kumar and Mr. Sujan Singh informs the Court that the said respondents have got nothing to do with the Devta Mandir Vikas Committee, Kraba, as they are not the office bearers of the said Committee any more and further, a perusal of the Memo of Parties would demonstrate that the said Committee was not impleaded was not impleaded as a party respondent and it were private individuals who were impleaded as respondents. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:31076-DB 2. Faced with this situation, learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners be allowed to withdraw this petition, but with liberty to approach the Court afresh on the same cause as well as fresh cause, if any, by impleading the newly constituted Committee as party respondent. 3. The petition is allowed to be withdrawn, with liberty, as prayed for. The petition stands disposed of. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any also stand disposed of accordingly.
