Hon'ble Om Prakash Shukla,J. 1. Heard. 2. Petitioner alleges encroachment on his Bhumidhari land by the Block Development Officer and other officials of the District by putting interlocking tiles. 3. Let the petitioner approach the Chief Development Officer, Barabanki, who shall get a fact finding enquiry conducted in the light of the allegations made by the petitioner and based thereon if he finds that infact the Bhumidhari land of the petitioner has been encroached for the aforesaid purpose, then he shall ensure remedial measures in this regard, as also action against the concerned officials, if there is a cause. However, if it is found that the land has not been encroached, then the matter shall rest as it is, but in either eventuality a considered written decision be communicated to the petitioner. Let this exercise be completed within six weeks. The petitioner shall move an application along with supporting documents before the Chief Development Officer, Barabanki within one week.
