Court No. - 12 Case :- CRIMINAL REVISION No. - 760 of 2025 Revisionist :- Sadaf Muneer Opposite Party :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Lko. And 3 Others Counsel for Revisionist :- Sandhya Singh,Aman Singh Bhadoriya,Jitendra Vikram Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Rajnish Kumar,J. Heard Ms. Sandhya Singh, learned counsel for the revisionist and learned AGA. The sole argument advanced by learned counsel for the revisionist while assailing the impugned order of interim maintenance is that there is possibility of settlement between the revisionist and the respondent no. 2 as they have two children also and the revisionist wants to keep the respondent no. 2 and children so that they may live happy. On a query being put, learned counsel for the revisionist submits that no mediation has held between the parties before the Family Court concerned. In view of above, the revision is disposed of with liberty to the revisionist to move an application for mediation in the matter before the Family Court concerned. In case any such application is moved within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered by the concerned court within a further period of one week and on deposit of certain amount out of the arrears as may be directed by it and undertaking for payment of monthly maintenance regularly by the revisionist, the matter may be referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of Family Court.
